Contraindications list: You must not use our equipment if you are/have:
-PEMF: Pregnancy, epilepsy, electronic implants (pacemaker, pumps, stimulators).
-EWOT: Be cautious with respiratory problems.
-RLT: Pregnancy, epilepsy, photosensative medications (antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), and some acne medications- please chek your medications are not photosensative before using our equipment).

Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up until the close of business the day prior to your appointment without charge. Please call us to avoid If you have a same day cancellation, this will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of your sessions value. If any person fails to show for their pre booked appointment, they will incur the fee for the full amount of the value of their pre-booked session.

Studio Optima will make every effort to ensure that all online transactions made on the website are secure. Studio Optima utilises Stripe payment services who use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain the highest level of security.

Pricing Options
Sessions are non-refundable however they are transferable and sharable between individuals. Please note that all future prices are subject to change.

Age Limit
You must be at least 16 years of age to undergo a session. If you are 16 or 17 a parent or guardian will be required to attend your scheduled appointment time.

Session Times and Arrival
Please arrive 5-10 mins early to allow your session to start at its booked time. If you are late, we reserve the right to finish your session at the designated time, as to keep in line with the rest of the days schedule.

While many areas of the website can be accessed without divulging personal information, accessing certain future customer support features at Studio Optima will require you to provide personally identifiable information. This may involve creating a unique username and password, or sharing sensitive information for password recovery purposes.
